By accessing and using The Assistants Hive website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
The Assistants Hive provides virtual assistant services including but not limited to administrative support, email management, social media management, and market research. The scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements.
Payment is due as outlined in your service agreement. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 7 days of engagement, we will provide a full refund, no questions asked. After the initial 7-day period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Our team members sign non-disclosure agreements and we implement industry-standard security practices to protect your data.
All work product created by The Assistants Hive for clients becomes the property of the client upon full payment. Our proprietary processes and methodologies remain the property of The Assistants Hive.
The Assistants Hive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding month.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur in cases of breach of contract or non-payment.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
